Assessment Tasks

Copy and paste from the following data to produce each assessment task. Write these in plain English and spell out how, when and where the task is to be carried out, under what conditions, and what resources are needed. Include guidelines about how well the candidate has to perform a task for it to be judged satisfactory.
Copy and paste from the following performance criteria to create an observation checklist for each task. When you have finished writing your assessment tool every one of these must have been addressed, preferably several times in a variety of contexts. To ensure this occurs download the assessment matrix for the unit; enter each assessment task as a column header and place check marks against each performance criteria that task addresses.

Contribute to supply chain requirements, and evaluation 
Assist in developing tender and contract documents 
Locate, source and evaluate materials suppliers against specifications 
Evaluate supply agreements, quality and delivery parameters against operation or project requirements 
Coordinate approval of samples, testing and certification in accordance with specification requirements 
Confirm or recommend suppliers according to enterprise procedures 
Participate in development of performance indicators or parameters for materials supply chain 
Consult, negotiate and co-operate with suppliers in relation to supply chain efficiency improvements 
Provide feedback on quality, efficiency and continuous improvement processes to supply chain members and internal stakeholders 
Identify and monitor WHS and regulatory requirements related to materials supply, transport, handling, storage and processing 
Monitor sustainability of sourced materials and coordinate responses in accordance with sustainability policy and procedures 
Apply systems thinking, constraints and contingency management and continuous improvement techniques in response to materials and supply chain issues 
Provide reports on material sourcing in accordance with procedures 
Maintain documentation on estimations, sources of supply, supply chain analysis performance, continuous improvement and training, WHS and regulatory requirements, and risk assessment
